TO EVERY NATIVE

Ever wonder where you could go as a Christian Native American and learn more about the Gospel without being confused by all the 'traditions' of our people.

"TO EVERY NATIVE" is a place to grow and learn how to function in this life as a born again believer, and still be proud of being Indian. God made us who we are for a reason, we don't have to give up our heritage to be saved...but we do need to know where to draw the line when it comes to some of our traditional ways.

This is a place to come and be encouraged, to ask questions, and to be able to learn and grow as a Christian. We will be offering free lessons through the mail, sermons, good Christian music and a lot of other things that may not be easy to get on some of our Reservations.

Bro. Bobby Harjo is a full blood Native American Indian, from the Seminole tribe in Oklahoma. He was saved from a life of tradition and witchcraft at the age of 19 years old, after being raised to become a medicine man one day. When Bro. Harjo's family started coming to Christ they grew to become bus workers, Sunday school teachers and eventually he and his brother both went to Oklahoma Baptist College and became ordained preachers.

Trained under Pastor Charley O'Daniel, of Maranatha Baptist Church of Western Oaks in Bethany, Oklahoma since 1985...Pastor Harjo was sent to the Navajo Reservation to start a church in 2001, where he has lived and raised his family since.

Pastor Harjo has been married to his wife and best friend since 1986. They have 7 wonderful children that help them in the ministry in many ways, preaching, teaching and counseling.

If anyone knows how to help another Native believer, its Bro. Harjo. This page was made so that he, and his family can interact with, and help new believers to grow closer to the Lord and become stronger Christians so that they can, in turn, help their own people come to the saving knowledge of Christ on Reservations around the world.
